Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love/Hate Relationship I've had this product for 4 months and I haven't had the battery issues nor the problems with turning on and off. Frankly, the functionality on these works well for me. The speaker works great when answering the phone during a workout and compatibility with my phone made them easy to use. All that said, the wire that connects the 2 ear buds is incredibly stiff and any time it bumps on my hair or the back of my shirt (the cord is so long it hits at my shoulder blades) the ear buds pop out of my ears. Even sitting at my desk, turning my head causes them to fall out. If JBL can find a solution to this problem I'd give them 5 stars. But for now, I can't get them to stay in my ears so I have to give a low rating.

Yes, it's true that the extenders do fall off (if you are not careful) but given the comfort these provide, I just take a little extra time not to hook them on the zipper of the case or other things. Perhaps this is not a good choice for athletes and JBL will appreciate what its customers (users) are trying to tell them and will possibly come out with one for athletes that truly are designed with them in mind. Personally, I think these headphones sound great and they have done everything I expect them to do given the technology.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable I have a great deal of respect for JBL so my expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, these are so uncomfortable I cannot really appreciate the sound quality. I'm an amateur sound engineer so sound quality is extremely important to me. The biggest problem I have is that, as a woman, I have a lot of hair which interferes with the cord and I can't keep the buds in my ears. Are there differences between men's and women's ears? I'm wondering if these are specific to men. I also wear glasses and earrings and sometimes headbands to keep my hair back so there is a perfect storm around my ears. I'm inclined to return them but the jury is still out.

This review is from a serious person who works out almost everyday. They stay in and hold strong. Loud and better sound quality than previous model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Wireless Set! I bought these when they were on a smoking deal and I am so glad I did! Great wireless earbud set. They were easy to pair with my phone and they are very comfortable. I'd recommend. Those who say they don't fit must not be putting them in correctly.

i realized that the sound quality is so much better if it is able to stick even deeper onto my ear canal.. i have the smallest size of earbuds which is 19 i suppose? but still its not completely sitting in my ear. any other way around this ..?

I've a Yurbuds Leap wireless earphone, bought few years ago, now the problem is, the volume is automatically reducing like a ghost control during the call, and i've to keep the volume up button pressed while on call. kindly help me to resolve this.

Hi, I’ve started using my Yurbuds again as I have started putting the miles on and my yurbuds are constantly filling out, I am pretty sure I have the wrong size, as I have followed the video to lock into my ears. I purchased these leap wireless online.

Hi Thank you for your question Sometimes the ear-tips (removed from the headphones) needs a little cleaning, using warm water and a little dish-soap, this gives them their grip back and they do not fall out that easy. if this is not the problem, please feel welcome to contact our customer help-desk.

I'm using a Samsung Fan Edition. I've turned my Leap Wireless and Samsung FE bluetooth on but I can't seem to discover Leap Wireless in my list of Bluetooth items and I don't know why, it used to be able to work with my Samsung Note 2.
