Rated 5 out of 5 by from The little speakers that do. I originally bought these as front presence speakers for a pair Klipsch RF/RC-62 II's and a KSW-311. After a little experience with these little speakers it turns out that although nowhere as efficient they sound better. These are far more musical, have a better sound quality than the RF/RC-62s. I purchased an Arena 125 C for a center channel and now these little speakers are my front and center channel speakers . They are impressive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serious quality sound I bought a pair of these speakers a few months ago, to upgrade my rear speakers in my surround sound set-up. The quality and finish is to a high standard, and they look great in white. The sound from these speakers is powerful and direct and has greatly improved the surround sound experience. I highly recommend these speakers, especially at this price point. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excelenter regallautsprecher mindestens oberklasse, für einen regallautsprecher bass ohne ende, klare mitten und sanfte höhen. im direkten vergleich mit lautsprecher um die 800 euro sind die lautsprecher fast gleichwertig. lediglich in der brillianz und detailabbildung sind sie nicht ganz so klar und wirken etwas schwammig, was aber keine 500 euro mehrpreis rechtfertigt

Can the Arena 130 speakers be used as floor speakers. Can they be put up on six inch pedestals ?

Asked by: lb1950
Of course. you can use them in that set up as long as your pedestal makes the speakers tall enough to reach the level of your ear so you get a good sound experience.

Hi! The Arena 130 speakers will work without any issues, but what we suggest is to also contact the distributor of your receiver, so that they can also confirm the details to you about compatibility.

Hi, I have an A/V receiver Sony STR-DE497, range of 8-16 ohms, max 100W is the power. I want to stereo speakers, not 5.1 any more. Which speakers do you suggest? I like bass less, and have a large room.

Asked by: honorable
If you want stereo speakers with less bass then the Arena 130 is a good choice.

Another question, I do not like reference monitor speakers, as I just want to listen to stereo music, not a musician. Is Studio version a reference monitor? then should I buy Arena series?

Asked by: honorable
The Arena series should be good enough for you since the Studio series are for those who mind detailed music and are not satisfied with simply listening.

Just to be sure... When you say "Recommended amp 20 - 125W" you are talking about RMS power? so my Arena 130 speaker is rated 125W RMS maximal per speaker am I correct? Because this information is not clear in your web site and speaker specs sheet.

Asked by: Aminger
Yes, the 20W-125W is is recommended amplifier power. Meaning any receiver that drives a power between 20W-125W @ 8 ohms can be used without any problems.

Hi! I want to buy a pair of bookshelf speaks, I'm divided between the ES20 and the Arena 130. Any recommendation? Which one is a better speaker? Thank you!

Asked by: Fcongaku
While the specs of these two are almost the same, the Arena 130 gives out more bass from it's frequency response of 55Hz – 40kHz compared to ES20's 65Hz – 40kHz. You may be able to barely hear the difference but if you're particular about the bass then the Arena 130 would be good for you.

Would like to use another 240w amp that I am using in other sub-systems. The previous system for this room had 4 spkrs in each corner. With the same arrangement, each spkr would get 60w, unsure if I should use Arena130, Studio220 or Studio230. Rm- 600sqft

I have a yamaha r-s202 reciever with 100w per channel..this speaker will be work fine if I connect this? thank you

Asked by: cherryjohn
It would work perfectly fine. The Yamaha R-S202 drives 100W at 8 ohms while the Arena 130 can handle 125W at 8 ohms so It would not have any problems at all.
